I've now had an actual interaction with Google support. They sort of
acknowledge the fault but then still had me run pointless diagnostics
like a speed test. They don't acknowledge any form of compensation if
you're paying for the service that they'v...
So your doorbell dropped within 20 minutes of mine also dropping
offline. So 100% they've booked something on their side and don't seem
to be admitting it or resolving it.
Keep sharing everyone both on twitter and here so we can make this
thread a reference point. If you get an actual response from Google and
a resolution definitely put it here as well. I'm going to power cycle
mine once I'm home but not factory reset ...
