I couldn't tell you, after the way this issue has been dealt with I have
sent my doorbell back, had a full refund and cancelled my nest
subscription. Such a shame but the Arlo doorbell I bought is better
anyway.

Mine is on its way back to Google, 22 months in and they replaced it
under warranty at the start of this issue, still no joy so it's gone

Makes it worse that 70% of the time it says its offline or battery
saving. Battery lasts about a quarter of the time it used to. Its
driving me mad now, not good at all.
