Help Please! Is there an adopter to keep my doorbell on?

My doorbell will NOT click on at all. Read everything and did everything. It is trash.... do I use two way tape to keep it on... ??

I tried forever to lock the dooorbell in place! Whats the trick!

No I have battery and i put it in place does not lock in. I put two way tape on it but will have a mess to take off. I had this and it is out of warranty.. just had to wait until I moved to use it and no I am SOL
