Turning off Home/Away Assist made no difference, I had a restart
yesterday within a few hours.This morning I completely destroyed my Nest
and Google Home accounts and rebuilt with just the default settings.

I too am experiencing this issue since last year's firmware update.
Never happened with my previous Gen 1 Nest and did not initially happen
with the replacement Gen 3 until the 6.2-27 update. I too have a C wire,
have reset the device, turned off Air...
