My issue resolved itself the next day on its own. I am in the US and the
power strip brand is Tonbux controlled via Smart Life. Other Smart Life
devices were not affected including another power strip. Basically this
one in white

Same for me with a smart (previously individually controllable) power
strip. It's only now showing up as a single device in Google Home. It
was previously showing up as separate devices - one for each plug.
