This thread is for using a Chromecast with Google TV! no problem using HBO MAX on iPad's iPhones or Browsers

No help for IOS users though there is no option to change country!The fix for me was to use VPN. Set the vpn to Portugal download THE HBO MAX app turn vpn off again and it now works perfectly in the Netherlands
