The light is green. I tried doing a factory reset but when I put the
paperclip in the hole it doesn't do anything. Is there any other way to
do a factory reset because I can't get it to factory reset
I'm having the same issue. I can't get it to factory reset. It looks
likes it connected but I can't see it in my nest or home apps. Would
really like to figure this out!
