Google Nest Community

Hi there - I've done a factory reset, software update, set up the remote and google home and still no sound whatsoever from chromecast. When setting up google home there was no audio at all, no music but the remote found the volume controls on the TV...

I've tried everything including the update and still no audio from any source in the Google TV device. Any further suggestions?Michael
