Connecting my phone to nest mini thru Bluetooth Only

I don't have internet at home , only my mobile data which nest doesn't recognise when I hotspot. So id like to coneect via Bluetooth but cannot for the life of me figure it out. I just want to play music on it from my phone

I still haven't figured it out, it's worked before on Bluetooth but I guess I'll have to let it go. Thanks anyway

Can I not use my phone's hotspot as an internet connection? We don't have wifi at home .
