Hi, thanks for your reply. This wasn't the QR in the box but a sticker with a serial number on the bottom of the box.

It's not, I bought it as a pair but it's the WiFi point rather than the router. I still have the box with a sticker with a barcode and serial number if that could potentially be useful?

Unfortunately not, the glue has gummed up the base so the engraving isn't visible.
