Hello…..It seems the hardware is perfect then. I’m experiencing the same
problems exposed here. Low Audio I’m unable to turn on the camera, it
always shows offline, or enable it as nest surveillance camera.
Is there any way to do a firmware roll back. I’m having the same problem
here. I’ve been doing video calls with my in-laws for two years now.
