My Nest Thermostat was purchased and picked up July 24, 2023. Cannot
reconnect to the WiFi Network, tried all suggestions. Another thermostat
works fine. How do I get a replacement under warranty?
Thank you for following up! We did what you suggested and waited 5-7
minutes on the frozen page and also moved the cell phone to a location
where we had a better wifi connection and it worked! We are now up and
running. Thanks again!
