Could not agree more - will TRY not to bore you - bought 2 Nest Learning Thermostats - 22 hours with Google support - 2 hours with ASUS ( directed by Google) replaced a Honeywell WiFi system ( support dropped May 15 2023- did work for like 10 years) ...
