Hi Mark,We haven't had any problems with our Nest Thermostat that was installed in 2021 with a new furnace, AC and the Nest Thermostat. I'm not sure I can provide any additional information! It's still functioning as expected!

We had a new furnace, AC and Nest Thermostat installed in '21, and have had no issues with the Thermostat!!
