Google Nest Community

I've had mine too long to return, but I'm no less disappointed. I like the integration with Google home and the features it has for management, but it fails at its primary mission.

I'll chime in that I have to frequently run the soft reset as well. Sometimes it's days apart, but today I had to do it twice. Extremely disappointed.
