Sure, Yes dismount the camera, de press the reset button on the back of
the camera for 5 seconds, remount the camera. Depending on your flavor
of Wi-Fi router, perform a hard reset (power off). Do these steps in
that order.
So… i called support. They walked me through rebooting the outdoor
camera, rebooting my wifi router and that has resolved my issues to
date! Easy fix for me
