Thanks for the reply. That did not work. Still says it "could not reach dish"

My Assistant was working with Google until Aug 1, then it could no longer connect. I unlinked and tried to relink it and now I get this response: "Could not reach DISH, please try again." So I'm watching this thread. Thanks.
