I did not need to reset anything by the way. Just delete all your
thermostats from the nest app, then reconnect to them all. I started
with the bad thermostat first.
I had the same issue. 2 out of the 3 connected and one didn’t. I removed
all of the thermostats from the nest app first, then started over by
