So, the original thermostat display unit had a wifi fault at 11 months
old. Two replacements were sent out which were refurbished units. They

I'd rather you didn't close this thread - as I posted my second
replacement was a dud, I'm now being sent a 'pristine' replacement
rather than refurbs but other people may benefit from these updates. I
have spent a lot of time on the phone/troublesho...
Funnily enough my nearly year old Nest thermostat head unit stopped
connecting to Wi-Fi, the replacement connect to Wi-Fi but no internet!
Troubleshot with 2 different routers and hotspot to my phone, no ball.
I'm waiting the next replacement.
