Just FYI I have tried:- connect VPN- disconnect VPN- use wifi- not use
wifi- all combinations of the above 4- make sure everything is the
latest version- restart iphone- delete Nest app and reinstall- delete

Same. This is not a hardware issue but something backend preventing
certain accounts on certain devices (maybe with certain IP addresses)
from logging in (black listed??). Using a different account is so far
