Hey Jenelyn, thanks for getting back to us. I’ve done what you
suggested. But the W5 still came up. I found there was an C wire
available and I installed that but it’s not detecting any power.
However, when I use my power tester it tells me it’s hot....
Having the same issue currently. I have a Nest thermostat 3rd gen that
won’t connect to WiFi with a W5 that I could t figure out so I left it
alone. Now it doesn’t seem to hold a battery charge as when plugged in.
Now a day later it’s back saying it ...
