Wiring Compatibility from Trane tcont802as32daa to Nest Learning Gen 3

I’m looking for some assistance in wiring for the Y2, F, X2, and W1 into the gen 3 system. I’ve been told this is compatible but trying to make sure before installing. I already own the Gen 3 from a previous house and the wiring is different.
