Have tried disabling the Nest Wi-Fi cloud services and router stats?
That and a restart fixed it for me. Still need to periodically restart
but it made a huge difference
You are an absolute hero! This needs to be pinned somewhere. I was
constantly getting 260 - 290 mbps down, but 500+ at the modem. Disabling
cloud services and device usages immediately fixed it
