1) The issue started around a year ago. (I haven't used it since the
problem started and couldn't get any response from the google team when
I applied for a request to solve my issue and I didn't try again.)2) The
firmware version is 2.57.3751143) Go...
I think the only thing you can do is to return the device and get a new
one in it's replacement. I'm also facing the same issue and can't get
any solution. And if you get any solution please post it here.
