Just asked my phone to stream Spotify to the Hub it is seems to have woken the screen up. Display working perfectly normally now.

I have a very similar problem.I woke up this morning to discover my Nest Hub Max stuck on loading screen. Tried plugging and unplugging then did factory reset. Home app installed then said there was an update, but after the verification code the hubs...
