I charged the thermostat with new chord and cable for almost 2 hours. It

I tried a different cable this morning. It was blinking green and staid
cool. But When I plugged the base back in, the light was red and it did
not turn on at all.
1- North America 2- No3- Nothing is bent4- Electrician installed and
