Same here! I received a support email, replied promptly with the requested information, than nothing. It’s been two weeks since I replied. I reached out to them again via email today, but I’m feeling rather ghosted.

I have the same issue. I am missing the wiring harness for our Nest Protect and would like to get a new one!
