WiFi light offline

Both my WiFi lights will not work properly 1 shows as offline in Google home and they won't turn on or off

They are LED strip lights powered from usb no hub just use my phone tried disconnecting from power and unlinking from smartlife app and resetting etc if I say sync devices it says 4 devices are unavailable
