I had the exact same problem.It turned out that the WiFi was nearly out
of contact.I renewed my WiFi contact and reset the hub.It all working
fine again.
I have the same issue with my hub nest gen2. Connects to wifi no problem
but after finishing set up. It says there is a problem setting up nest
hub. I tried three different devices all the same results
