Working here in Yorkshire.... and we definitely do not speak with an
American (or British!!) accent. What was odd is that when back from the
shops it worked fine but still showed as offline in the app. So did one
final factory reset
I think this is related to when I had to restart my router but my Google
home device is not responding to my voice. The microphone is not muted
