Nest cooling instead of heating

I’ve had my thermostat for a while and have used it for cooling only. Today I decided to test the heat and it’s blowing cold air and dropping the temperature. Please help!

I switched to my old thermostat and the heater is working fine so it is definitely a wiring issue with the nest thermostat.
