i just paid the deposit and i got a new Nest the nest day. Posted the old one back today, job done.

I wouldn't have a problem sending both back, apart from the inconvenience. I'll try them on the chat when it opens tomorrow.

Yep, same thing for me today as well. One of the nests just offline and no networks found when you tell it to search.
