Switching from automatic surround sound format selection to manual and then turning off everything but Dolby Digital seems to have worked. The TV must not support the newer formats.Thanks for your help

Thanks I tried that but it hasn't worked. The AV sync is fine for YouTube but is still going out of sync for Netflix and Disney+Do you have any other suggestions?
