Hi Zoe,I am in the UK, so the voltage here is typically 230 - 240V AC.
In the Net Protect User guide it is described as "230V AC cable

I have this problem too except my connector seems to be faulty (swapped
with my other nest protect gen 2 mains connectror and everything works
fine) and need to get a replacement, where can I get a replacement?
