Changing to 5Ghz fixed the issue - but I am not sure why it was not working on 2.4Ghz. Thank you again for your assistance.

Hello Kimy, Thank you again for your assistance. Unfortunately, resetting the router and other devices has not resolved the issue. I will look into the router and see what might be the issue there. Kind regards, Xavore
