I started the case online through Twitter, but continued over the phone.
I basically explained that both my thermostats were working without any
issues for 2 years with the config I had (no changes made, and it’s a
brand new construction, so new heat...
Not sure if anyone has done this yet, but I suggest doing it if you have
some time. Just like everyone else, my two thermostats started having
the same issue after their latest update. I finally got someone on the
phone after opening up a case online...
