Jeff,I believe we should receive discounted service because of this.
Some of us first reported this in the Fall. I’m considering switching to
another provider and I’ve been a long loyal time customer.
Same issue here. Smaller home, so 1 router, 1 access point. Has been
great for 2 yrs. About 2 weeks ago, weak mesh. I did the reset. Didn’t
