Okay I called support 2 weeks ago and all they had me do was reset
everything (evidently they refuse to acknowledge that they have bugs in

New problem - now my iPhone recognizes when I am away BUT does not go

Okay - I found a potential work around. I now keep the Nest iPhone app
open in the background. I had been 'swiping up' to close it before. Even
