thinking it would get fixed/addressed? Just called Google to return the
terrible device, and they're now saying we shouldn't consult these

Jeff why didn't you tell us to contact the Google Phone support? I'm in
touch with them now and they're saying I shouldn't even be looking at
these forums? Why offer a community specialist if they're going to
undercut you like that?
