There are also 2 other rooms with independent fan/temp control. However, the primary thermostat in this post controls wether the entire system is using heating or cooling and I believe it communicates that back to the other thermostats in other rooms...

I also want to mention that the system does have 4 fan settings:- low- medium- high- autoAny ideas @CoolingWizard ? I see you are a wizard on these forums.
