How often do the Nest Hub's receive updates and is there a rough timeframe as to whether this feature will be fixed?

I also have this issue where my family notes don't show up on the ambient screens for both my Nest Hub 2 and Nest Hub Max -- however are available when asking the google assistant. Just adding that the help centre page lists the ability of family not...
