do you have "True Radiant" turned on? If so, the advice in another threat is to turn it off. I just did but won't know if it worked till tomorrow morning

same issue.. have posted this into my chat with Nest Support and asked for an escalation.. not very optimistic

Same friggin issue on both of my 3rd gen devices.. about to throw them out the window.
