so looks like there was a 24-48hr time frame where you were
inconvenienced with adverts, since this was unacceptable to you (and
therefore assume you couldn't listen to any music during that time), I
have donated the cost of your subscription for tho...
A world where nothing ever went wrong, and everything worked 100%
correctly 100% of the time would be amazing... but unrealistic!Yes they
do need to fix it, but stating its "Unacceptable" and "need to fix this
immediately" is a bit over the top!
