Hi, yes all sorted now. New puck used as main router point and old gen routers as mesh points worked, even though I was mixing UK and Australia region pucks, so all good!

Thanks Jeff. I've not had a chance to resolve this fully yet as I've been struck down with Covid. I think the solution should work for me, but should be able to work out one way or another in the next week.

Hi, having spent a lot of time with the Google Support team yesterday, multiple reboots, removing app etc, we realised that the 1st gen pucks were from a different country to the new 2nd gen pucks. Im told this is probably the root cause in my case.A...
