Heatlink won’t connect

My Heatlink stopped connecting this morning. It is still switching heating on and off but I can’t connect it to the Nest E Thermostat. Tried restart and reset many times then uninstall Heatlink and reinstall. Uninstalled Nest E and can’t complete the...
