This problem still continues. It is such a basic thing. I really hope
the support people here are a alpha version of AI as other AI or real
people would offer better responses that unplug, reboot, or explain the
details. We all d those things before ...
It looks like things have gone from bad to worse. Starting last night,
google doesn't understand what an alarm is at all, even when giving it
the time zone or using GMT. Hey google set an alarm just elicits the
response "sorry I don't understand".
Mine now does the same thing. It will flash the GMT time on the display
clearly showing that google translated to GMT. A work-around is to state
the time zone after the time, as in "hey googel, set an alarm for 8 am
central time." It will then flash ...
Despite Google denying this, it was always known that it is google's
fault. Only Google pushes out updates, not these companies. You'll

While the latest Google update has still broke my device, I am able to
use every day and weekdays, such as "Hey google set an alarm weekdays at
8 am" or "Hey google set an alarm every day at 8 am".
