No idea if it helps, but I found one interesting detail: Of all my
protects, the two going offline have serial number
06ca01ac{231507,271501}, not including the last two digits. Other
protects with the same serial number prefix which also expire in 2...
One more idea: Take the wired protects (the ones that are working) off
the wall, open up the battery case, disconnect the batteries. That will
take them offline for sure. Then try to re-activate the other protects.

In my case it was P006, but only after I did another factory reset on
the protect I tried to (re-)install. I think P024 is failure to connect
to the assisting device. No idea how to resolve that one except by
moving closer to that device.
