I don’t think you need to do anything more than give your partner your
login and password to the app/account on their phone. Everything else
should be fine. I’ve loaded mine on all of my families phones and it
works for all.
Ghostwolf3,I reset my Nest to factory settings and updated my Eero Wi-Fi
and it reconnected. No idea which step solved my issue or the
combination, but you may want to try this yourself.
Same issue with my Nest thermostat. I am not able to generate an entry
code. It was connected for years and suddenly lost the app connection.
I’ve tried repeatedly and even reset the unit and started from scratch -
nada.
