Thank you for the tip. It worked!!! I feel like they just want us to buy
a new one which makes no sense since it works perfectly fine besides the
alarm issue that should be easily solved by them.
Giving it the command "the day after today at (time)" worked for me. I
sent the email to the support department and the advise they gave me
it's to take it to the technician but depending on the cost it would be
better to get a new one. Doesn't make ...
