App on new cell phone (Android 21S 5g), won't allow me to manually operate the temps when I need to

On my previous Android Cell ph, I could touch my Nest App thermostat and change the temps. Now on mynew phone, it only shows the AT HOME DIAL and/or THE AWAY. BUT, otherwise I am unable to operate thesettings.. Help!!
